At Pure Synchronism, every hoodie and piece of wearable art is made just for you — inspired by nature, light, and psychedelic color. Because each product is printed on demand, we can only accept returns for manufacturing errors or misprints.
1. Defective or Incorrect Items
If your order arrives misprinted, damaged, or defective, please contact us within 30 days of delivery.

We’ll work with Printful to issue a free replacement or refund.
Return shipping is covered by us in these cases.
2. Size, Fit, or Preference Returns
Because each item is made to order, we can’t accept returns or exchanges for sizing, fit, or personal preference.
If you’re unsure about sizing, please check the size guide before ordering or contact us with questions — we’re happy to help. Recommend a size up on hoodies for a relaxed fit.
3. Return Shipping

For defective/misprinted products, we’ll cover return costs.

For any approved exception, the customer is responsible for return shipping and re-shipment fees.
