At Pure Synchronism, every piece is made to order and fulfilled through a trusted production partner. Because each item is custom-created, production and delivery times may vary slightly depending on demand, location, and seasonal volume.
1. Order Processing Time
All products are made to order and begin production once payment is confirmed.
• Average production time: 2–7 business days before shipment
• You will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking details once your order has been dispatched

5. Split Shipments
Some items may be produced at different facilities. As a result, your order may arrive in multiple packages.
Separate tracking links will be provided for each shipment.
